Grandparents/Special Friends Lunch:

We are excited to host Grandparents and Special Friends Day on Friday September 6.  We want to make it special for our grandparents, so please use this link to upload pictures of your learner and their grandparents.  Each link is designated for specific grade levels, so you may want to add to multiple links if you have learners across different grade levels.

For any Grandparent or Special Friend who plans to attend, please fill out this form by noon on Wednesday, September 4.  In order to maintain the safety of our students, we must have a physical ID for all visitors.   Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure that you have a visitor's badge.

This year, we are excited to offer air-conditioned seating in our gym while you wait.  Grandparents will also get to enjoy special parking privileges!  Our amazing staff will be parking in the neighborhood on September 6 to ensure enough space for all of our guests to park in our front parking lot.  We will have a photo booth and the book fair available as well.

One important thing to note is that lunch times are changing slightly for this special event.  Please see the times on the attached flyer.  Lunch lines can sometimes be long, so feel free to bring a lunch for yourself and even your grandchild if you'd like.  We look forward to seeing you on September 6!

2nd Annual Multicultural Night:

We are super excited to announce our 2nd Annual Austin Elementary Multicultural Night on Tuesday, October 15 from 5:30pm-7:00pm.  Please mark your calendars because you do not want to miss this amazing opportunity to learn about your peers’ cultures and heritages.

Of course, this event cannot happen without our fabulous families volunteering to showcase their home countries.  If you are interested in hosting a table (by yourself or with friends), please complete this google form by September 13.
